From an idea to bulk, one step at a time
Most people arrive with a photo on their phone and no idea what happens next. This is the whole thing, in order, with what you pay at each stage. You can stop after any of them.

Tell us what you want to make
FreeCreate an account and start a design. Upload whatever you have — photos, sketches, links, a tech pack, measurements. Nothing has to be finished.

If you don't have a tech pack, we make one
From ₹2,500 (~$29)A tech pack is the specification a factory works from. Most brands don't have one, so this is where they start. Pick what you're starting from, pay, and it comes back with flats, measurements, materials and construction — yours to keep either way.

Submit it for review
₹300 + GST, or free if we made itA person reads your tech pack properly, checks it can actually be made, and asks you about anything that would go wrong later. This is what stops you paying for a sample that was never going to work. If we made the tech pack at step 2, there is nothing to pay here.

We quote your sample
FreeAn itemised quote — fabric, trims, stitching, packaging — with a timeline. You see the breakdown, not just a number. Accept it or come back with questions.

We make the sample
As quotedPaid in full up front, then it goes to a vetted factory. You can follow it through the portal and you'll be told when it ships.

Change it until it's right
Quoted per changeAlmost nobody approves the first sample. Tell us what's wrong, we quote the alterations and remake it. This is normal and expected.

Go to bulk
Quoted per orderOnce the sample is approved, we quote production against the same tech pack and the same factory that already made it right. Terms are agreed per order.
The two ways in
You have a tech pack
Upload it and go straight to step 3. We'll read it, tell you if anything is missing, and quote your sample.
You don't
Start at step 2 and we make one. This is how most brands begin, and it is not a sign you aren't ready — it is the normal starting point.
Questions people ask before starting
Do I need a tech pack to start?
No. Most people who come to us don't have one. Send a photo of something similar and we'll make the tech pack for you, from ₹2,500 — about $29. If you already have one, upload it and skip that step.
What does it cost to get a quote?
Submitting a design for review costs ₹300 plus GST. That covers a person actually reading your tech pack, checking it is makeable, and pricing it properly rather than sending a number back in a minute. If we made the tech pack for you, there is no review fee — we are not going to charge you to check our own work.
How do I pay?
Everything is paid in the portal by card, UPI or netbanking. Samples are paid in full before work starts. Bulk orders are on agreed terms, quoted per order.
Can I change the sample after I see it?
Yes. Alterations are a normal part of sampling — you tell us what is wrong, we quote the changes, and we remake it.
Who actually makes my garment?
Vetted factories we work with. You stay our customer throughout, and the factory never learns who you are or what you paid.
How long does the whole thing take?
A tech pack is 5 to 10 working days. A sample is quoted with its own timeline once we have seen the design. Bulk depends on quantity and fabric, and is agreed before you commit.
